Healing should not be an occasional subject added to Christian life; it belongs in the ministry and witness of the church because it belongs in the ministry of Jesus. This teaching asks how important healing should be to Christians and to local churches, and what believers can realistically expect. The answer begins with the Gospels: Jesus taught, preached, and healed. The church should therefore make room for healing, faith, compassion, and practical ministry rather than treating healing as an embarrassment or an afterthought.
