Jesus continually searches for faith and marvels when He finds it strong in unexpected people, as with the Canaanite woman who persisted until He declared her mega faith. Believers already possess faith through the new birth, yet it must grow rather than remain stagnant. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. Position yourself consistently under the Word to let faith arrive. Hearing must be active and intentional, not passive. Engagement determines results—the measure of thought and study given to truth received determines the power and virtue released. The parable of the sower shows good ground produces abundant fruit through deep acceptance. Faith develops in peace and rest, not striving or crisis reaction; believers enter rest by ceasing their own labors. Consistency trumps intensity—daily discipline of meeting God and His Word builds lasting faith more than occasional highs. These five keys position us for growth: hear the Word, hear actively, engage deeply, rest in peace, stay consistent. Jesus seeks faith in us. Let Him find it growing strong.
