In this teaching, I share my personal approach to reading the Bible, dividing it into five prioritized categories: the Gospels first, then the rest of the New Testament, wisdom literature like Psalms and Proverbs, Old Testament history, and the prophetic books. This ensures a stable diet in God’s Word while focusing on Jesus as the key. But beyond structure, I emphasize reading relationally in the Holy Spirit—connecting with the Lord before diving in, abiding in Him, and hearing His voice through the text. Avoid treating it like a duty; slow down, invite imagination, and expect revelation that brings life. Claim promises by faith, as all are yes and amen in Christ. This transforms Bible reading from rote motion to vibrant communion, where we learn to know the God who dwells in us.
