Most believers do not struggle with faith itself but with doubt that undermines it. Doubt begins as a thought in the mind; if allowed to linger it becomes unbelief in the heart and causes faith to sink. Your life should visibly demonstrate the promises of God so that others become jealous of the reality you walk in. Rather than inventing excuses when promises seem delayed, face the real issue honestly. Three keys help conquer doubt: first, recognise how doubting thoughts enter and refuse to meditate on them; second, guard your mind immediately after you pray and refuse to rehearse “what if” scenarios; third, replace doubt with deliberate praise and the Word of God, playing His promises on the screen of your mind. Praise is a choice that activates faith and sinks doubt.
